Customer Service Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Customer Service Coordinator plans and organizes the activities of his department. He supervises, mobilizes and trains the agents under his responsibility. His approach emphasizes on collaboration, team spirit and excellence in internal or external customer experience. He favors continuous improvement and business growth in his actions. He monitors market information, trends and customers opinions to develop efficient internal sales methods. For an optimal fluidity, he structures the team’s organization and task distribution.
