- First, assemble the band by taking one of the pipes and sliding one of the holes of the band over the edge. Pull it down until it is secure on the lip of the pipe. Repeat with the second end of the band and make sure the band is straight.
- Place the chair or desk on its side on the floor.
- Insert the front leg of the chair or desk that is on the floor into the first cylinder.
- Hold the cylinder firmly in place with your foot.
- Pull upwards, like using a bike pump, and insert the second front leg into the other cylinder.
- Place the chair or desk back on its four legs.
- If using the molars: Choose longer and thinner chewies.
- If using the incisors: Choose softer, thinner, or hole-punched chewies.
- If using the canines: Choose thicker chewies.
- If the child likes to play with their tongue: Choose textured chewies.
- If the child tends to hold a pencil in their mouth while listening: Choose chewies that can be worn on a pencil.
