Fees & Delivery time

Most items are shipped from our warehouse within 24 working hours. 

For remote locations, delays and shipping fees can differ from our policy detailed below. An agent from our Customer Service will contact you it that case.

The orders are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address when placing an order. In case of an inaccurate shipping address, if we must deliver the order to another address, an additional fee may be charged to the customer.

Quebec and Ontario

  • $15 on orders under $99
  • Free on orders of $99 and more

Rest of Canada

  • $20 on orders under $99
  • 15% on orders amount of $99 and more

Remote locations (Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and other remote locations in the provinces of Canada)

  • Orders under $200, an additional charge of $35 will be added to the order total in addition to the shipping cost
  • Orders over $200, an additional charge equivalent to 15% of the total order will be added to the shipping cost


Return and exchange policy

Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the item or if you change your mind, we will exchange or refund the item within 30 days of purchase. All you need is the original invoice and packaging. Damaged or incomplete orders must be reported to our customer service department within 5 days of the order being received.

Please note that some items are final sales such as liquidation, products sold "as is" and the following for hygienic reasons: chewy, clothing, blankets and manipulation items.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please note that shipping fees will be charged to the customer.
