Hoberman Sphere

The Hoberman sphere is a geodesic dome that can be folded and unfolded. It expands with an amazing almost magical motion.

Also called the « breathing ball », it’s a great tool for calming down and teaching basic breath awareness. You can mimic movements of your breathing through the dome’s movements : breathe in as the ball expands, and breathe out as it contracts.

Ideal for stress management exercises and breathing techniques for children and adults. The mini version also makes a great fidget toy.
