The Happiness of Educube
Ah!!! What would we do without the Educube? In and out of the truck, sitting and thinking, eating a snack out on Lake Atitlan…fortunately, we have it! These are the little things that make life easier.
Wow…Belize!
We’re here in Belize. Finally, it’s sunny after torrential rain that brought hurricanes!
Camille and Flores, Guatemala
After a good day of travelling on the road and crossing the Guatemalan border, a short walk is in order. Camille insists on walking alone on the steep, cobbled streets.
In the Hammock
Spending the days doing nothing…total relaxation. Nothing. Singing songs in the hammock, playing with the dog. Far away from trouble, the first few days are more difficult and quietly, one goes with this rhythm. One grows a little! One rests.
The Beach – An Occupational Therapy Room
Filling the bucket with a shovel, raking, taking the sand in her hands, carrying it into the sea, filling the bucket with water and bringing it to the beach. Finding little pieces of wood to make flags, digging in the wet sand.
At the Library
Everyone says that travelling with a child opens doors and leads us to very different places. We don’t run to museums and exhibitions. We visited a few but were also searching for the pulse of the city in libraries.
The Horse and Luna
How lucky we are to live outside, to have the opportunity to be close to people….and animals. Camille tames her fear and makes good use of the tricks she learned in animal therapy at school and daycare.
Friends on the Road
For Camille, her strength is interacting with people. Me, it’s audacity and craziness. Hence, we have a wonderful time meeting Colo and Agustin whom we spend 10 days with.
A Little Story
Mexico – there is the sea, but also mountains and ruins.We come back to climb Mount Alban, unique for its ruins.

Well, Texas is hot! All that we’ve dreamed about is finally in front of us - the sea! Impressed, Camille wants to be in its arms after barely a few minutes!
