The Eating Game™

With the guidance of a parent/caregiver, this game allows the user to be in control while making good choices to plan healthy meals. It was developed to address the needs of those with nutritional challenges. However, this game is being used for toddlers to adults and families to create their own plan every day. Using food pictures and color coded Daily Planning Sheets, based on Canada’s Food Guide, you can be ensured of having lots of choice from a wide variety of healthy foods. Each kit comes with 5 planning sheets, 200+ food pictures and a copy of Canada’s Food Guide.
