Shipping & Handling

Most items are shipped from our warehouse within 2 to 5 working days.

In Quebec and Ontario, remote locations excluded, delivery fees are:

• $10 for order less than $100.
• $15 for order less than 250.
• $20 for order over $250.

• Canada : 8% on all orders, minimum $15.
• Newfoundland : 8% on all orders, minimum $25.

• Europe : minimum order $150
• Minimum shipping rate : $125.

• USA : minimum order $75
• Minimum shipping rate : $30.

For products identified by this “truck”, shipping charges may vary. We will contact you if shipping rates exceed regular rates indicated on your order. These items may take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

Returns

Please contact our customer service to obtain an authorization number for returning an item. Any items returned without authorization may result in a 15% restocking fee. Items return must be in perfect reselling condition.

Damaged and Incomplete Shipments

All deliveries should be inspected immediately. Any damage should be reported at the time of delivery. Make sure to describe it on the delivery receipt/bill of lading. Damages reported after 5 days of receipt will not be accepted.
