Shipping & Handling

Most items are shipped from our warehouse within 5 working days. In Canada, remote locations excluded, delivery fees are:

• $10 for order less than $100.
• $15 for order less than
• $250. $20 for order over $250.

For products identifies by a red “truck”, we will contact you with exact charges, these items may take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

Returns

Please contact our customer service to obtain authorization number for returning an item. Any items return prior to authorization may result in a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged and Incomplete Shipments

Any damage should be notified at the time of delivery, make sure it is described on the delivery receipt/bill of lading. All deliveries should be inspected immediately and reported to us in case of damage, in no later than 5 days.
